ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Stephanie Sharp has been retained as lead negotiator and senior business advisor on more than
$15 billion worth of transactions for government and multi-billion dollar corporations as well as privately-held
businesses.
She has worked with industries ranging from telecommunications to utilities, from shipping to food processing, and from hospitality to banking and insurance.
A firm advocate of knowledge transfer consulting (ensuring executives retain critical project knowledge in-house rather walking away with it at the end of a deal), she created a program to train non-financial executives in complex financial analysis and negotiations.
In the process, she discovered that the biggest barrier for most executives is their perception that finance is “only for numbers people” and all about math.
By publishing 50 Executive Finance Secrets, Stephanie hopes to convince non-financial managers, executives and directors that they, too, can have Executive Finance skills.
