Adobe Effects Pack: Available as an in-app purchase, Adobe Effects Pack lets you give your photos fun, fresh looks using more than 45 eye-catching effects. Try them on your photos before you buy.

Enhanced Adobe Border Pack: Available as an in-app purchase, Adobe Border Pack adds more than 18 new borders that add polish to your photos (previous purchasers of the Adobe Border Pack will receive the new borders for free).

Tumblr and Twitter sharing: Quickly share photos with friends and followers on Tumblr and Twitter. (Twitter sharing requires iOS 5 or later. Earlier iOS versions will use Twitpic)

Note about Location Services:
Photoshop Express 1.5 introduces a new feature that enables you to rapidly shoot and review multiple photos from within the app. It makes it easier to capture the right shot because you don't have to switch back and forth to the Camera Roll to see your images. To implement this feature, we're required to use Location Services, which embeds EXIF-compliant metadata about the location, date, time, and other information into your images.

Adobe follows strict privacy policies and does not store, track, share, or do anything with the Location tags in images. It's simply required by the iOS for the new rapid review feature to work. However, you may prefer never to activate Location Services. Unfortunately, when Location Services are turned off, the app displays a message that is misleadingly written. It states: Location service denied. PS Express will now run with reduced functionality. Photo metadata cannot be added or preserved and browsing through photos in the library will be disabled.

Turning off Location Services does not affect the overall editing and sharing functionality in Photoshop Express. It simply limits what's available in the new rapid review feature described above. Instead of rapidly shooting and reviewing multiple images in the app, you can review only the last image you've captured. In addition, no EXIF metadata is embedded in images when Location Services are turned off. This reduced functionality complies with Apple requirements and protects any location information embedded in photos stored in the Camera Roll.

We have received reports of some users having difficulty launching the application on an iPad in landscape orientation with certain productivity and printing applications installed. We are investigating these reports. In the interim, you can work around the problem by launching the application in a portrait orientation on the iPad. We are continuing to investigate and will post an update to address these issues as soon as possible.

Adobe is listening! We've added your most requested features - the ability to upload to Facebook & Twitter (via TwitPic). Now you can edit and share your photos with your friends on Facebook & Twitter just as easily as on Photoshop.com.

• Video Playback: Photoshop.com Mobile now gives you access to video files that are stored in your Photoshop.com library. You can play your video files, view them in a slideshow, and share them with your friends and family.
• New Straighten, Sharpen and Contrast tools. Simply drag your finger to straighten or to bring out detail and contrast in your photos.
• Borders: Eight artistic borders are now available in the Effects menu; one touch adds fun frames to your photos.
