Anywhere Pad with AaMeetingPortal is an enterprise-grade mobile paperless solution for document access, meetings and collaborations.

With Anywhere Pad on a compatible mobile device, users can instantly access documents and meetings which are centrally managed on the AaMeetingPortal as well as collaborate with people in real time either face-to-face or remotely. All documents and meetings are securely stored on both AaMeetingPortal and Anywhere Pad, which are tightly integrated. By installing AaMeetingPortal on a server, security and control over data is ensured.

✚ INTERACTIVE MEETING
With page synchronization and a built-in laser pointer, Anywhere Pad allows a presenter to effectively guide a discussion in a meeting. Agenda items and page thumbnails can be browsed, offering convenience in going through documents and flipping countless pages.

✚ ANNOTATIONS
Users can annotate documents and quickly take notes during meeting. Users can mark key points and important ideas using Anywhere Pad's freehand tool, pen highlighter and post-it notes. Annotations and notes can be saved to AaMeetingPortal for future reference.

✚ CENTRAL MEETING MANAGEMENT
AaMeetingPortal simplifies management and sharing of content by providing a central repository for all documents and materials for a meeting. With Anywhere Pad, users can get documents and meetings anywhere they are and then collaborate with people remotely. Remarks, comments and notes can be uploaded too and shared through AaMeetingPortal.

✚ SCHEDULE MEETINGS
With AaMeetingPortal, a meeting host or secretary can handily prepare and schedule a meeting online, in one go - define the agenda, attendee list, and gather meeting files right from a browser.

✚ REMOTE MEETING AND COLLABORATION
Anywhere Pad can tap the Internet or an internal network to allow users to virtually meet and collaborate with people who are at different locations. In this virtual meeting, documents and annotations can be shared in real time. With this feature, users can remotely organize/host conference meetings, give presentations to clients, discuss with colleagues in other offices, or provide support to clients or a boss who is on-the-go.

✚ MEET BY EMAIL
Meetings can be called by simply sending email to AaMeetingPortal with attendees in the Cc: fields while documents needed in the meeting can be sent as attachments. Invited attendees can simply click the link on the email they received to "auto-join" the meeting on their iPad.

✚ WEB-BROWSING IN MEETING
During meeting, users can browse the Web with other attendees and share web contents including videos.

✚ WHITE BOARD DISCUSSION
Anywhere Pad's Whiteboard allows users to establish a virtual discussion with anyone, anytime, either remotely or face-to-face.

✚ PRIVATE MESSAGING
During a meeting, attendees can chat with one another through private messages, without drawing the attention of others.

✚ VGA SUPPORT
Anywhere Pad natively supports VGA-equipped monitors and projectors (even if installed on iPad 1, which has no VGA support). So, a presenter can share documents and content with a large audience by connecting his/her iPad to a projector or any VGA-equipped monitor.

✚ FILE FORMAT SUPPORTED
AaMeetingPortal and Anywhere Pad support PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT and JPG files. Support is also extended to DOCX, XLSX, PPTX from MS Office 2007 or higher.
