Avaya one-X(R) Mobile transforms an iPhone into an office phone by delivering desk phone calls to mobile workers.
But that’s just the beginning. Avaya Unified Communications applications such as visual voicemail, corporate directory
and call logs, as well as sophisticated call handling and least cost routing options make users more productive and save
businesses money. Included is the iPhone software, which integrates with the Avaya one-X(R) Mobile enterprise
application and delivers additional capabilities through the compatible server hardware.

-One Number
- calls made to the deskphone will also ring on the iPhone. Calls made with the iPhone will display the deskphone caller
ID. The user can easily enable or disable both of these features
-Visual Voicemail - users can see the headings of
each business voicemail listed visually, so they can prioritize messages and get to the critical ones first. Stored
locally, there is no dialing into voicemail
-Corporate Directory Integration* - easily reach any corporate contact
through the search function. Also, incoming callers’ IDs found in the central directory are automatically translated,
showing the contact’s name
-One Device - users decide whether to dial with Avaya one-X(R) Mobile for business
calls, or directly from the iPhone for personal calls, so they will not need multiple phones
-VIP Lists* - use VIP
lists to manage how incoming calls are treated. Any calls not on the VIP Lists can be sent directly to voice mail to
minimize interruptions
-International Savings – one-X Mobile uses the enterprise’s communications infrastructure
to save money on international calls
