BIN Checker is an application that allows to identify the bank and country of a specified BIN (Bank Identification Number). The application also allows to look up for BINs associated to a bank using search option.
Bank identification number (BIN) is the first six digits on a bank card, it defines the bank or the issuer of that card. With BIN Checker you can verify or check customer information and prevent online credit card fraud.
With BIN Checker, your risk management can use that data to better estimate fraudulence based on country of issue versus country of intended delivery. For example where the card issuer identification number by bank in Canada, but is being used to order a product to ship to Moldova, can be flagged for review and additional screening before order can proceed by merchant.
