BMC Service Desk Express assists the help desk personnel in providing quality service to their internal and external customers.
This application provides helpdesk technicians access to BMC Service Desk Express to review assigned requests, submit requests, and update requests.
Note: This application requires SDE v10.1.0.282 SP1 and above installed and 1.2 version of the WebServices are configured and published.
