Craigslist changed the format of posting with attached images. The current version fixes the posting problem associated with this format change and provides full support for the new posting format, including posting with up to 8 attached images.
If you still don't see the new photo uploading page after you tap the "Continue" button, please reset your Posting by removing and re-adding your posting account (Post->Delete and Post->Add).
