Specify the layout, sorting, and font size.
Note: Printing is enabled through AirPrint. If your printer is not enabled through AirPrint, then review the Info screen for instructions on how to enable AirPrint on ANY printer through your Mac or PC.

Note: Due to the way the iphone creates PDFs, you may recieve warning messages when displaying the PDF on a PC.
