Contact2CRM for Salesforce will give you the ability to add your iPhone contacts as a Salesforce contact or lead with one-click.

With this app you can lookup all your Salesforce contacts and leads, call/email/sms, save them locally in MyContacts or to your iPhone, and share them with others.

In addition this app can be used to upload to Salesforce all the contacts you have scanned into your iPhone contacts directory.

Just enter your login credentials for Salesforce and you are good to go!
