ABbackup is a tool for making a backup/restore of local address contacts.
Before doing sync,if you make a backup, you could get back all the dates easily when you lost the address contacts.

(2)Support to export/import the backup archive by iTunes shared folder

☆ All the files can be send by email or saved in iTunes's File Sharing,so it can be export by simple way.And you can open the backup zip file attachment by email or import a folder with zip compressed also.
