A modern person’s life includes relationships with others, business, work, rest, sports, leisure and many other
things.
What links all of this together?
It’s obvious. All this is related to communication and interpersonal
relationships.
You now have access to an application which will facilitate relations with others, meetings and negotiations in all
areas of your life.
DISСover is an application based on Doctor William Moulton Marston’s DISC theory. DISC - is a
theory that allows easily explaining, using and influencing the behavioural reactions of yourself and others in a
practical manner.
How does this application work?
Imagine you’re meeting someone for important business with whom you’ve only spoken on the phone once or twice. How to
approach them? Where to begin? It would great to know more about them! This is where DISCover becomes useful!
You
answer a series of simple questions about the person you’ll be dealing with. For example: “Do they speak loudly or
softly? Are they sharp or rather slow? Do they frequently interrupt during conversation, or listen attentively
instead?”. You’ll then obtain an analysis of this person with useful advice. What’s the best way to deal with them?
Where to begin? What should please them, and what will irritate them. How quickly to talk. If it’s better to get right
down to business, or start with some small-talk first.
In addition to all this, the DISCover application compares your behaviour with that of the person you’re dealing with. And it dispenses useful advice on how to communicate with them so that you’ll feel comfortable during the conversation.
Use this opportunity to increase your efficiency!
