Edmodo 3.6 introduces file sharing on both iPhone/iPod and iPad. Other apps, such as Pages, Mail, etc. can now open their documents in Edmodo, which means that Edmodo uploads them to your Library or Backpack; from there, you can attach them to posts and assignments.

In the other direction, you can download a file from your Library or Backpack to another app.

You can now hide all notifications of a particular type, e.g. Replies, with a single touch. (Notifications about assignments cannot be hidden.) The user interface for signing up with a new account is completely revised.

A revised login process for those who have a login to their school; this login can now be linked to an existing or new Edmodo account. Also, some bugs are fixed; teachers can now change their profile picture.

Edmodo 3.5 brings three new major features: Student profiles, the ability to upload a new profile picture from your iPod or iPhone, and push notifications. In addition, you can now add attachments when creating a new message. There are also many minor improvements and bug fixes. Tip: to remove a notification, swipe horizontally across it.

We fixed a problem with the "more" button on long posts and assignments.

You can now filter posts, seeing just your latest posts or just your assignments, for example. Various user-interface details have been improved.

Also, uploading photos and video from your device is more robust, and you can upload longer videos.

All graphics are now hi-reesolution to look better on Retina displays, and some bugs have been fixed.

With Edmodo 3.2 you can upload photos and videos from an iPad to your Edmodo Library. Also, some bugs have been fixed.

This version corrects a screen layout problem seen on older iOS devices,

Edmodo 3.0 adds the Gradebook. This allows students to turn in assignments and to view their grades as soon as they are given. Teachers can review turned-in assignments and grade them, all on the iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad.

This version brings Edmodo's Library features to the iPhone. Every teacher and student has a Library, and can use it to store and view files and links. From the iPhone, photos and videos from the iPhone's camera can be uploaded to the Library.
