This app is for leaders looking to drive change through facilitation.

Facilitator focuses on short, simple advice that can inspire new ways of working — it is not the place for over-complicated solutions.

Facilitator contains two main parts: a basic "A-Z of facilitation" as well as "Facilitator Tools" to help you get started when leading a team, conducting workshops or when you're just looking for new inspiration.

Like most great stories, a successful facilitation process often contains three main stages — beginning, middle and end: First, the issue at hand is defined and the story reported. Second, insights are used to create the strategy, prototype or solution — for example through workshops with your team. Third, execute and implement for real change.

The Facilitator Tools are marked with the stage(s) they are most appropriate for, the number of people ideally involved and the resources required.

Designed for iPhone. Works on iPad as well.
