5. Update all work order notes, and view status updates by GeoOP users, which happens in real time, allowing for a complete overview of work orders. No more follow up phone calls to see if a work order has been completed!
6. Send SMS messages from the application using GeoOP's SMS engine. The SMS history is stored within GeoOP and is recorded against each task.
7. Add text and photo notes to a job's history
