Whether in the tram, the bus or out walking, you can now find your new home quite easily with the iPhone app by home.ch, even when you are out and about.
Are you in a place right now that you especially like, where you might perhaps like to live? Simply open the home.ch app and see straight away which properties are on offer there.

The home.ch app is different to other real estate apps:

* When you start the application you will see a map with available properties at your current location
* You can find apartments or houses to rent or to buy in all Swiss towns
* Filter options for the search for certain price ranges, sizes or types of property
* Exclusive socio-demographic information on your property, such as the age distribution of your neighbours, nationalities, family composition, average incomes and taxes
* Exclusive point-of-interest information such as all planning applications in the surrounding area, restaurants in the vicinity, shopping possibilities and much more
* Access to ten thousand properties, which are updated every two hours
* Direct contact with advertisers by e-mail or directly by phone
* Share your favourite properties with friends, family or your social network via e-mail, text message, Twitter and Facebook
