iInspect is a useful property inspection/walk-through tool for home inspectors, real estate agents, and potential home buyers. It is completely customizable to suit individual needs. Use it to record items that need to be flagged or fixed, take photos of things of interest, and send emails of the property reports and photos.

iInspect v1.1 includes the following features:

* Setup and edit default categories and checklist items that will be added to a new property
* Define whether new checklist items will be defaulted to a green checkmark or left blank
* Add multiple properties to inspect
* Add multiple comments to a particular checklist item
* Add multiple images to a particular checklist item
* Send an email of the complete property report with up to six photos
* Specify whether or not the emailed property report is in HTML or plain text format
* Automatically save the high-res photo from your camera to the camera roll
