“Mobile Exhibition Guide (M.E.G.) - ISM”

The M.E.G. is a mobile application that serves as an interactive trade fair guide. It includes an electronic trade fair catalogue and a navigation function that guides users to selected exhibitors, regardless of the user’s location. The M.E.G. can be used for several events.

The key features of M.E.G.:

Exhibitor information (as text):

- Search for exhibitor information
- Search according to exhibitor data: company name, country and/or trade fair hall
- Search according to catalogue content: sectors, product groups, brands if applicable, manufacturers, areas of specialisation
- Alphabetic exhibitor search: user selects from a list of hits if a search is inconclusive
- General search
- Display of exhibitor search results (as list)
- Display of address, contact information, name of contact person, logo, product groups
- Personal visitor/trade fair planner (memo list)

Exhibitor information (graphic):

- Hall plan — with display of exhibitor stands a user has searched for. The selected exhibitor’s stand is highlighted.
- The selected exhibitor stand can be located by means of the exhibitor details.
- Graphic illustration of an entire hall and individual exhibitors’ stands
- The graphic illustration can be enlarged and/or reduced (zoom function)
- Navigation is possible from relevant locations (entrances, restaurants etc.) to the individual stands the user is searching for.

Opening times, prices, general hall occupancy
Information and maps for following areas:
- Shops
- Catering
- Toilets
- Infoscouts
- Medical stations
- Travel agency
- Investigation Service
