Improved Facebook support

Removed logo from saved images. We apologize to our customers. This was an accidental side effect from the LITE version of the app.

Added Facebook support so users can upload images directly to Facebook from within the app!

You can now swap faces between two separate images! You can still swap faces in the same image as well. To swap between separate images, press the "Load 2" button after loading the first image.

Improved support for very oddly shaped images with very steep aspect ratios.

When running this app on the iPhone, it will now save images at the resolution of 1440x960, 9 times the resolution of the iPhone screen!

Workaround for an issue with the iPod Touch where saving images at high resolution causes the images to appear blurry in the built-in photo app. Now saving images at the native resolution of the device until the next version.
