Turn your iPad into a public kiosk! Kiosk Pro is designed to present your web-friendly content and media as a customized kiosk app. Kiosk Pro is highly configurable and allows you to customize how your web content is presented on the iPad.

Kiosk Pro lets you run your kiosk from files stored locally on your iPad, avoiding downtime due to spotty Internet connections in conference centers and other public areas. You also have the ability to run remote content while you have a connection, then “failover” to a different set of local content (with full access to our local-only JavaScript functions) if your Internet connection goes out.

Turn off all navigation and status bars, showing your content full screen. Set an idle timer and when a visitor walks away from your kiosk, the program will return to the home screen automatically, readying it for the next user.

Limit the sites your visitors can access by adding domain names to the Allowed Domains list or leave it empty for unrestricted web browsing. Turn on Digital Sign mode to disable the iPad’s touch responses and turn your iPad into a non-interactive digital signboard.

Kiosks in high traffic areas can be set up with a timed browse limit. After a set number of minutes of use, Kiosk Pro navigates to a non-interactive "Goodbye" page and then cycles back to your homepage, giving more visitors a turn on your kiosk.

Allow users to print to an Airprint-enabled printer through the navigation bar. Play HTML5 audio and video automatically.

In situations without remote access, save user data and form submissions to a local file on the iPad.

Monitor your kiosks remotely by setting Kiosk Pro to email you if your kiosk loses power or on successful remote update of settings. Deploying multiple kiosks? Set an individual ID for each iPad and Kiosk Pro will let you know which one is in trouble. Change your kiosk settings remotely by changing the values in an .xml file and uploading it to your servers.

Kiosk Pro is designed to show your content to its best advantage and is compatible with most web media, including HTML web pages, embedded .mp4 videos and certain Powerpoint (.pptx), Word (.docx) or PDF files. Kiosk Pro cannot display multiple windows (including standard pop-ups and browser error messages), other apps or any Flash content.
PDF’s can now be navigated in page flip mode or in an page by page scroll (which can be displayed either horizontally or vertically). Thumbnail navigation bar of PDF pages and also page numbers can be toggled on and off. For PDF’s not specifically sized for display in Kiosk Pro, a customized background image can be set (either with a local image file or one on a remote server) or the field can be left blank to default to the color set in ‘Page Reload Background Color’.

Due to iOS software restrictions, the Kiosk Pro software is unable to restrict access to the home button. To prevent your users from exiting Kiosk Pro, the iPad's home button must be physically covered. If you need a more powerful kiosk app, our Plus version is for you! Kiosk Pro Plus includes all these features, as well as remote update of local files on your iPad, remote logging of JavaScript variables on your page, the ability to choose to display the iPad or desktop version of a site, and a dim mode that allows you to automatically put your kiosk application into a nighttime “sleep” mode and wake it at the time you specify. In situations without remote access, Plus can also capture signatures and drawings on screen and use the iPad’s camera to capture pictures and video.
