KLEOS Mobile

If you use Wolters Kluwer’s legal practice management software KLEOS, with KLEOS Mobile you have access to your office from the iPhone.

Your professional calendar is always at hand and up to date, you can look up any case or contact and manage your tasks.

Any information entered or modified on your mobile device is immediately available in your office and vice versa.

CALENDAR
- view all your professional appointments of today, tomorrow, or any other day
- change any appointment’s date, time, subject or description
- add a new one while being on the road

CASES
- open a case from the list of the ones you have last been working in (at your office or on your mobile)
- look up any case by name, number, type or party
- see the list of all persons involved in the case, with their address and contact details
- call, SMS or mail a person with one tap
- see everyone’s appointments and tasks in the case, edit these and add new ones

TASKS
- view your pending tasks for today, or for next week
- modify the status or other task data
- add new tasks

CONTACTS
- look up any identity in the complete KLEOS database of you office
- view address, phone, cell phone, email
- call, SMS or mail a person with one tap
