my IR$ Travel Log is an essential app for getting the highest possible deductions or reimbursements for expenses. Maintain business, medical, personal, charitable, and moving expenses. Track and deduct the difference between IRS rates and what you were reimbursed. Email an invoice of expenses on the spot.

This is a travel log that is easy, fast, and efficient with you wherever you are as expenses are incurred - on the road or at home on your desktop computer (optional file) to keep you from missing any of those deductions. View all your data with no internet connection required.

Current IRS mileage rates for 2009 and 2010 are preloaded along with IRS reference charts. Yet, you have the ability to modify choices and update mileage rates to suit your needs. Calculations are done for you.

• track date, purpose, to/from, type (business, etc.), odometer readings or number of miles, single or round trip, mileage rate, cost of meals, airfare,lodging, parking, cabs/rental cars, miscellaneous costs such as tolls, cash/credit, notes, etc.
• fully searchable on all data fields
• drop-down lists for mileage type, rate, round trip, cash/credit, and status
• mark trips "pending" or "complete"
• email travel report directly from iPhone/iPod Touch

my IR$ Travel Log desktop companion runs on your Mac or Windows desktop computer and syncs to your handheld. There is always a backup file on your desktop computer where you can perform additional printing and reporting and utilities:

• import current data from Excel, etc.
• export data to Excel or CSV
• submit expense reports with one click via email or print
• create single or aggregated reports based on the data you select
• reports:
• individual trip report
• aggregated data reports by year or category with grand totals
• fully sortable lists
