Description
mySCADA is a full-featured Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) application with an
advanced Human Machine Interface (HMI).
mySCADA provides the user the capability to control, monitor, and display all automation processes:
-Technological
-Infrastructure
-Industrial Systems
-Facilities
mySCADA directly communicates with the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) and/or Programmable Automation
Controllers (PAC’s) and displays the process data through mimic graphics. Further features of mySCADA include:
-Basic trending to allow for the monitoring of online tags in a systematically arranged XY time-chart.
-The
monitoring of critical states using online alarms.
-Options for priority and text filtering in the alarm window.
-User level access to distinguish operators groups
The remote and mobile control over the user’s technological processes is available through mySCADA. The application
is designed to communicate with devices using the EtherNet/IP protocol (mainly Rockwell Automation, Omron etc.), Siemens
protocol (mainly S7 series), and also the Modbus TCP protocol, enabling mySCADA to control devices made by companies
such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Schneider, Delta, Wago, Koyo, Unitronics, Beckhoff, etc. With support of the
Modbus protocol, you can directly integrate a large number of sensors, I/O devices, and RTU’s that use this protocol.
mySCADA is a full featured mobile and remote compliment to the desktop monitoring. The operator remains in control over
tracking real-time process information in areas outside of the central control station.
The user can quickly
develop advanced applications with a complimentary mySCADA Project Editor. The Project Editor is a powerful instrument
for the complex design of HMI displays. The mySCADA Project Editor allows for the designing of mimic graphics (display
screens), configuration trends, and also in the design of alarms and connections with PLC’s. mySCADA Project Editor if
free of charge.
KEY FEATURES
-Support for Siemens family products (mainly S7 family)
-Supports Rockwell Automation
ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicrolLogix, SLC 500 and PLC-5/05 series of controllers.
-Supports Modbus TCP (RTU)
protocol (Schneider, Delta, Wago, Advantech, Unitronics, Beckhoff, etc).
-Control and monitoring through reading
of the tags, and updating values in the PLC.
-Visualization using mimic graphics (screens) is based on vector
graphics allowing the user to work with the full-size graphic design, including animations.
-Changes in PLC tag
status may be viewed by standard animations (visibility, get, set, rotate, color change, etc.).
-Critical and/or
serious states are signaled by alarms.
-Viewing of trends from tag time-array.
-The MySCADA Project Editor
will allow for easy modification of display trends and alarm configurations, and define the connections with automation
systems.
TARGET AUDIENCE
