OfficeTEL is a complete phone solution for small businesses and start-ups. You only need to install OfficeTEL as the admin of the company and add other employees to company’s phone system in the app. They will then receive an email with an activation code to join your company. They can either install OfficeTEL on their phone (free) to join your company using the activation code or they can activate it using web and a regular phone.
It includes:
*) One or multiple phone number(s) for your business
*) Customizable greeting
*) Up to four extensions for
employees
*) A dedicated conference bridge
*) Choice of several outgoing plan for your company
Here is how it works:
When your clients call your company’s phone number, they will hear your company’s greeting. They can then choose the
extension and the call gets forwarded to the appropriate person/department.
When employees make outgoing calls
through OfficeTEL, they will be using the outgoing plan that is selected by the admin of the company. The person who
receives the call will see the company’s phone number as oppose to the personal phone number of employees as the caller
ID.
You can also invite your clients and/or employees to your very own conference bridge through the app (or any
email program like Outlook). Your conference bridge is accessible through your own company’s phone number by dialing
extension 7888.
