Application that allows free access to the technical content developed by one of the most influential experts in project and portfolio management, professor Ricardo Viana Vargas.

With 10 books published and more than 250,000 books sold worldwide, he has been responsible, in the past 15 years, for over 80 major projects in various countries in the areas of petroleum, energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, information technology and finances, comprising an investment portfolio of over 18 billion dollars.
