The Stage Display function of ProPresenter 4 and 5 is very powerful, but it only allows for one connected monitor to be connected to the ProPresenter computer. This new app eliminates this limitation by using the power of your iOS-enabled device to create a near limitless number of independent Stage Displays. Within ProPresenter 4, there is a new network preference that allows you to enable ProPresenter as a Remote Stage Display Server and specify a password for this function. Upon launch, the Stage Display app on the iOS device will show all available ProPresenter applications running on your local network with this preference enabled and, upon entering logging in with your unique password, the default Stage Display layout on your iOS device will be shown -- formatted just as it would be if it were a connected display to your ProPresenter machine. Tapping the screen brings up a menu that allows the users to independently choose the most appropriate layout of the Stage Display for their specific needs.

For example, a singer might be interested in seeing the lyrics and notes for the current and next slides, while a speaker may need only see a countdown clock with his time remaining. As each iOS device can choose their specific Stage Display layout, a single ProPresenter machine can fulfill the needs of everyone involved with your production.

NOTE: At present, the Stage Display app ONLY shows "Text Only" for slides.

The app also supports external connected displays with compatible HDMI, VGA, or Composite/Component adaptors.
