RevolYOUtion is a 30 day leadership challenge aimed at developing five competency areas – Purpose, People, Proficiency, Persuasion and Perseverance. Each day provides a new challenge that serves to build the leadership skills of the individual in the competency area being highlighted that week. Those who successfully complete RevolYOUtion will noticeably improve their capacity to lead without the exorbitant fees that typically accompany similar development programs. RevolYOUtion can be used by individuals or by entire organizations undertaking an enterprise personal development program.
