With SAP ERP Quality Issue for iPhone, you can log quality issues with a mobile device anywhere and anytime. You use this app whenever you detect a quality issue in any type of environment (for example, while checking a delivery). You can log the issue with your mobile device by assigning two different codes and entering a description and a priority. You can also attach up to five photos of the issue, and you can enter reference information (for example, shipment or order number). As soon as you submit the issue, it is sent to an SAP ERP back-end system, where the creation of a quality notification is triggered. The issue is then processed by other partners in the SAP ERP system. In addition, you can check all quality issues you recently created and sort them by date, issue code, or status within a certain period of time. The app is primarily designed for occasional users within a company.
