SBB Mobile – your timetable and ticket counter for wherever you happen to be.

Please note: the SBB Mobile Business app is available for SBB Businesstravel clients.

SBB Mobile is perfectly tailored to the needs of public transport users in Switzerland. The application enables you to make real-time timetable enquiries and purchase and display tickets directly from your iPhone.

SBB Mobile works on the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, and is available in German, French, Italian and English.

Timetable functions
• Enter stations/stops, addresses and landmarks.
• Make local, national and international timetable enquiries.
• Use saved addresses as starting points and destinations.
• Real-time information in the event of an incident (delays, alternative connections, cancellations, platform alterations, rail traffic information and predicted occupancy of trains)
• GPS support (search for nearby stations/stops)
• "Take me Home" function
• Display intermediate stops and route information.
• View starting points and destinations as maps, including walking routes.
• Display live arrival and departure boards and save them in your favourites.
• Connections displayed are saved in SBB Mobile.
•Timetable connections can be imported to your calendar and sent.

Ticket functions
• Purchase and display tickets for the Swiss public transport network.
• The products on offer include individual tickets, regional travel system tickets, one-day travelpasses, class upgrades, etc.
• Buy tickets for up to 8 accompanying persons.
• Payment is made using a credit card or PostFinance Card. The only condition is that you must register at SBB Ticket Shop under menu item "Tickets" (you only have to do this once).
