Description
Smith & Nephew Sunshine Mobile App is a tool that allows 1099s, indirects, distributors and sub-reps to record reportable expenses under the U.S. Sunshine Law. This law requires device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies to report items of value given to certain healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations (HCP/Os) beginning January 1, 2012. Reportable items include consulting fees, travel, meals, certain gifts, grants and donations.
