The Synerion Mobile application for medium to large size organizations enables employees to clock in and out as well as checking their own vacation balance using their smart phone.

Location-based attendance reporting
The application records the geographical location of the registered In and Out times while ensuring that employees can register only in specific locations, per the company requirements. Punches received outside the specified range are defined as exceptions and flagged for verification.
The registered times are recorded according to the local time at the location hence the application supports multiple time zones.

Display of vacation balance

The application allows employees to view their vacation balance data i.e. allowance, usage, and vacation balance. An expanded view shows also last year's balance and the current year's allowance. These capabilities require integration to Synerion workforce management solution.

After contacting Synerion, to activate the application for the first time, enter the company name into the Synerion system and define user name and password. Employees must first be registered to enable certain identification. After the system administrator approves the registration, the employee can use the application.

In case of a failure of the application, support is available through our website or by e-mail.

אפליקציית Synerion Mobile מיועדת לארגונים בסדר גודל בינוני ומעלה ומאפשרת לקבל ולנהל את דיווחי הנוכחות של העובדים באמצעות הטלפונים החכמים שברשותם ולהציג בפניהם את יתרת ימי החופשה שלהם.
דיווח נוכחות מבוסס מיקום
דיווחי הנוכחות של העובד – תחילת וסיום העבודה, מועברים באמצעות ה- Smartphone תוך זיהוי מיקומו בעת מסירת הדיווח והצגת הטווח של רמת הדיוק וזאת עפ"י רשימת אתרים מורשים. דיווח שנקלט מחוץ לטווח המוגדר מסומן כדיווח חריג לצרכי בקרה.
רישום שעת הדיווח מתבצע עפ"י השעה באזור הזמן בו פועל הארגון. שעת הדיווח מותאמת לאזור הזמן בעת הדיווח, כך שדיווח מחו"ל ייקלט עפ"י הזמן המקומי.
בנוסף, מציגה המערכת לעובד את כל הדיווחים שלו בתאריך הנוכחי. לחיצה על הדיווח תציג מפה עם סימון המיקום ממנו בוצע הדיווח.

תצוגת יתרת חופשה
האפליקציה מאפשרת לעובד צפייה בנתוני יתרת החופשה שלו: הזכאות בשנה הנוכחית, ניצול שנתי ויתרת חופשה. תצוגה מורחבת של נתונים תראה גם את מאזן החופשה של השנה שעברה ואת המכסה השנתית בשנה הנוכחיות. סכום שני נתונים אלה מהווה את הזכאות בשנה הנוכחית. (יכולות אלו מותנות באינטגרציה למערכת הנוכחות של .(Synerion

לאחר ההתקשרות עם ,Synerion להפעלה ראשונה של האפליקציה יש להזין שם חברה בהתאם לפרטי הלקוח ולהגדיר שם משתמש וסיסמה. יש לבצע רישום ראשוני של העובד על מנת לאפשר זיהוי ודאי. לאחר אישור הרישום ע"י מנהל המערכת יכול העובד להפעיל את האפליקציה.
במידה ונתקלת בתקלה בתפעול האפליקציה, ניתן לקבל שירות באמצעות האתר שלנו, או באמצעות מייל.
