Bug Fixes for Tango Surprises / Video Messages.

Video Messages: Now you can send and receive short video messages on Tango. If
your friend doesn't pick up your Tango call, leave them a personal video
message to watch when they're available. To see your video messages, tap the

Tango Surprises: With Tango Surprises, you can share fun video animations during a
