★ Restore Purchases Button - If you ever need to restore your device or get a new device and have to reinstall The Night Sky, we have now made it easier than ever to get your in-app purchases restored for free. Just tap the new 'Restore Purchases' button under settings and all of your previous add ons, such as the Sky Information Pack, will be restored within the app.

★ Enhanced Accuracy - The Night Sky now detects then alerts you when your devices compass (iPhone and iPad only) is not calibrated correctly and then gives you instructions on how to calibrate. To further enhance accuracy please ensure you remove any third party covers from your device when using The Night Sky as they can interfere with your devices in built compass.

★ Automatic sky tracking comes to the iPod touch 4G! We have worked some more magic and have created automatic compass tracking on a device which does not have a digital compass! We did this by utilising the iPod touch 4G Gyroscope! Just align the sky to your view, and with some magic, The Night Sky will give you automatic sky tracking just like on the iPhone and iPad! Just hold your iPod to the sky and prepare to be amazed!

★ Improved red visibility night mode. Now all of the graphics turn red rather than a red layer being overlaid. The screen is also automatically dimmed when night vision is enabled. This mode will enable your vision to adjust to the screen and The Night Sky above you very quickly when stargazing.

★ Improved graphics for the iPad. iPad users will now benefit from higher resolution graphics.

★ Send a magical gift to someone. You can now send The Night Sky as a gift to anyone with an e-mail address. Pass some of the magic on to friends with the inbuilt 'Send as a Gift' feature!

★ User interface enhancements.
