The Official Open Championship iPhone App has been redeveloped for 2012 to bring you even closer to the action at the 141st Open at Royal Lytham & St Annes.

Up-to-the-minute live scoring, video highlights and a course guide will be accompanied by live golf from The Open and @TheOpen RADIO. Coverage of holes 9, 10 and 11 will be available during the Championship along with @TheOpen LIVE, offering you a unique behind the scenes view at golf’s oldest Major.

Also included this year is the Timeline, a new feature in the app that will present fans with the latest and most relevant updates throughout the Championship.
