✓ Auto Countdown: you asked, you got it. Go to the settings screen and set what the countdown timer should be. Your phone will vibrate when it's time to start.

- When logging manual workouts, the workout description will now update with the workout Type and Sub-Type until edited.

- When logging a manual workout or editing an existing workout, the workout end time will now update relative to the start time when you change the workout duration. Additionally, average pace and speed will now be automatically calculated if you have values for both workout duration and distance.

- Fixed a bug that would occasionally crash the app when deleting workouts.

- Fixed a bug that would occasionally cause the application to crash to desktop when locking the phone while recording a workout.

- Enhanced recording experience to prevent the phone from auto-locking (and consequently causing data loss) if OS-level notifications (e.g. Meeting Reminders, Text Messages, etc) are received while recording a workout.
