- The app has lost weight and is over 60% smaller in storage size while still maintaining all workout videos locally!

- The workout timers have been redesigned with new graphics and functionality to become easier to use.

- 10 week programs are now automated! You can now start a program and the app will give you the workouts for that day.

NOTE: If you already have saved 10 week program workouts we will automatically put you in the appropriate program and day. You can always change the program and day anytime.

- Set reminders for upcoming workouts
