Multi-tasking devices using iOS 4 have Rest, Down and Sets Timers function in the background when in another app or the device is locked. A pop-up notification alerts you when the timer is complete with a View button to return to FitnessBuilder. The Sets Timer alerts you on the Exercise or Rest Timer completed. Tap View to start the subsequent interval.
