Greetings myWOD community! Thank you so much for your patience, we know this update took a bit longer than those in the past. We'll be sure to do some extra burpees at the gym as a penalty ; D

Why did it take us so long? Well, myWOD 4.0 is completely rebuilt from the ground up, with new graphics and an all new layout that makes navigation more intuitive and well, just easier.

So what's new?
✮Support for iOS 6 and iPhone 5.

✮All new layout and UI.

✮New timer interface - Simplified, easier to read, and -- you asked for it -- now view a WOD while using timers and then import that WOD with your score directly from the timer!

✮Music controls accessible from timer screen.

✮Timer screens are lockable.

✮Common WODs list updated (many more to be added in the next update).

✮How-to video library updated.

✮Added Athlete section - provides quick access to your stats and several important myWOD functions.

✮Improved calendar function in My WODs section - you can now add WODs directly to the calendar as well as choose whether your default WOD view is list or via the calendar.

✮When adding a new WOD you can now enter "Notes" about the WOD so that you can document how you were feeling before/during/after the WOD, or what you had to eat that day (anything you feel that doesn't fit into the 'Description' field).

What's new in this version of myWOD:

✮Improved functionality of search feature.
✮Added Advanced Interval Timer, which allows you to set the number of intervals and a different countdown time for each.
✮Improved function of timers.
✮Updated list of Common WODs.
✮Minor bug fixes.

✮As requested by many of you we added women's prescribed weights to the Common WODs. On average these are calculated at 2/3's of the normally prescribed weight. If you or your gym uses a different formula to calculate women's scaling it is up to you to factor that in.

Lastly, be safe! Only you know how much your body can handle. If you are uncertain about any movement or your ability to lift a certain weight consult a qualified trainer or professional first.

After updating perform the following:

1) Launch myWOD and go to Settings by tapping the gear wheels located at the bottom right-hand corner of the myWOD home screen.
2) In the Settings screen tap on "Logout of Sharing Services". When asked if you are sure tap "Yes"
3) Close myWOD being sure to x out of it in the task switcher as well.
4) Relaunch myWOD and again try to share to Facebook. It will be necessary to sign in again but things should work fine after doing so.

HAVE YOU BACKED UP YOUR MYWOD DATA LATELY? PREVENT DATA LOSS, BACKUP NOW : )

Hello myWOD community! This update contains a few new features and a few bug fixes. We want to offer our sincere apologies to any of you that have encountered glitches and express our gratitude to those of you that have been in correspondence with us, helping us to chase these bugs out.

Among the new features in v3.0.71, the one we are most excited about is iCloud data backing and syncing (iOS 5> only). This makes sharing data between devices and backing up your data much easier.
Hope you enjoy all the new goodies:

✮Access iPod music from timers.
✮Added how-to video library in Settings>Extras
✮Added find-a-gym feature in Settings>Extras

✮Fixed bug introduced in v3.0.61 causing timers not to work on devices running iOS versions lower than 5.0

New in v3.0.61
✮Bluetooth Data Sync now syncs all data (Completed WODs, Custom WODs, Max Weight, and RSS feeds).
✮Added a button (lower right-hand corner, looks like a dumbbell) to access Common/Custom WODs from the "Add a WOD" screen. Not only does this make it easier to access these WODs when adding a newly completed WOD but also gives you the ability to add a Common/Custom WOD after using one of the timers.
✮Major changes to timers improving efficiency and flexibility.
✮Can now enter reps when using Standard Timer.
✮Tabata timer is now fully programmable. Set the duration before your workout, the duration of the work and rest time, the number of rounds, and the total number of tabatas.
✮Can now enter reps during Rest period of Tabata timer for when it is too difficult to enter them while in Work period.
✮Setting units to Metric changes all weights in Common WODs to kg.
✮As requested, added "For Load" scoring style.
✮Due to the high volume of questions we have been receiving about deleting unwanted RSS feeds we have integrated an "edit" button on the "Common WODs" screen to make this process a bit more obvious. However, you can still simply swipe to delete as was true in previous versions.
✮Bug fixes.

iOS4.x users, we have discovered that the timers in this version of myWOD will not work for you. We have fixed the issue and Apple is currently reviewing this updated version (myWOD v3.0.62) which should be available by the end of today. So, if you're running an iOS version lower than 5 we recommend waiting for the next update to become available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
