With Cathe’s OnDemand app and a subscription to her streaming service, you can watch any of her over 300 workout videos—including thousands of premixes—along with workouts you and others have created with Cathe’s browser-based Workout Blender.

WHAT YOU GET WITH A CATHE ONDEMAND SUBSCRIPTION
When you subscribe to Cathe’s OnDemand service, you can view her videos not only in this app, but also on your computer, Roku, or stream from your iOS device to your television through AirPlay and Apple TV or Google Cast. Via your computer’s web browser, you can also access the Workout Blender and Cathe Live (these features will be available in-app in a future release). Any new video production that Cathe releases will be available for streaming upon its release on DVD.

WHO IS CATHE FRIEDRICH?
Thousands have credited Fitness Hall of Fame member Cathe Friedrich for helping them transform their bodies and their lives with her award-winning videos. Cathe was one of the first to bring advanced workout videos—and one of the first “step” aerobic videos—to the home exerciser, and helped shatter the theory that only celebrities star in fitness videos.
