By installing the FREE 'YAYOG Video Pack' app from Google Play you get access to high quality video of Mark demonstrating every exercise. The video plays during workouts to help you keep your form as you exercise.
This app also integrates with the 'Mark Lauren's DVD' series of apps on Google Play (available to purchase separately) to give you access to full video workouts. The warm-up and cool down videos are available for FREE, the circuits, timed sets and ladders packs are available as separate purchases at three different difficulty levels (Novice, Intermediate and Advanced).

Ive tried to do this program multiple times. I love the idea of it. But at the end of the day, for me, it just doesnt work. For not needing any equipment, you need an awful lot of equipment. The doors, frames, and furniture in my house are just not strong enough or of the right style to do these exercises. So to do them, Id need to move, and buy all new furniture. No thanks. So if you have the right furniture, doors/walls/floors, and all of the other stuff, maybe it'll work for you.
Great programme that gives results. I did the first 10 weeks beginner programme looking to recomp & lost 15cm yay! About to start the second programme, where it looses a star - throughout the first programme it loaded the next workout ready, but after the last workout its now stayed on that screen and refuses to progress to the next programme :-/ unless I've missed something haha. I don't have the book & find the app very understandable: if you're stuck, press the (i) & download the videos :)
Workouts are good, app is dated
It complements the YAYOG book very well. I like to use the edit feature to modify the guided programs with the odd alternative exercise to suit my own body/injuries. This works well but would be even better if you could add your own custom exercise alongside those listed from the book.
This day in age, I would expect an app like this to have some sort of cloud sync feature.
