Hjärnfokus contains 20 soundtracks for more calm, focus, creativity and joy. Three of the exercises are in just
one minute and can be done in the middle of an intense everyday life, and eleven of them are five minutes or less. If
you want, you can then proceed to Sharp focus in 10 minutes or recharge the internal battery in the Power Pause, which
is available in several different lengths of time. If you need help getting to rest in the evening before you go to
sleep, we recommend the exercise Somna.
