This is a timer app to use while doing workouts. There is an accompanying eBook which outlines various exercises, bundled in 5 workouts. Each workout consists of exercises which need to be done for a particular length of time, with scheduled breaks of 10 sec, 30 sec, 45 sec and 1 minute in between the exercises. Candibod app allows the user to choose the appropriate workout for the day , and then guides them with respect to how long each exercise, and round of exercises must run for, with appropriate breaks in between.
