With your feedback, we’ve completely redesigned the Citi Mobile® experience. The vision: An app that is tailored to you in every way, fast to load and easy to use.
For customers with only credit cards:
• The app is now securely and invisibly locked to your username. Log in much faster and simpler with just your
password, Touch ID or Face ID
• We’re also made it really simple for you to manage your credit card:
o Find information on account balances, recent transactions, statements and available credit limit right under the large beautiful images of you cards.
o Convert large purchases or card statements into instalment plans or get Quick Cash from your available credit limit.
o Temporarily lock your card if you have misplaced it.
o Activate a new credit card and Create your card PIN with a simple tap in the Settings section so you can make transactions easily.
o Paying a bill with your credit card is now much simpler, too.
o You can now view your e-Statement and search through all your transactions over the last 1 year.
For customers with credit card and bank accounts:
• Tap on any card on your current overview screen and we’ll take you straight to the newly redesigned Citi
Mobile® experience for credit cards
• We are working hard to extend the experience to our customers with bank accounts.
For customers without credit cards, we’re now working very hard to extend the experience to more of your banking products.
Our goal is to create the best banking app and we’re only getting started, so we really want to hear from you. If there's anything you'd like us to change or add, let us know in the app and help us build an experience you love.
