With your feedback we’ve completely redesigned the Citi Mobile® experience. The vision: An app that is tailored to you in every way, fast to load, and easy to use.
For customers with only credit cards:
• The app is now securely and invisibly locked to your User ID. Log in much faster and simpler with just your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
• Find information on account balances, recent transactions, statements and available credit limit right under the large beautiful images of your cards.
• Convert large purchases or card statements into instalment plans or get Quick Cash from your available credit limit.
• Temporarily lock your card, toggle overseas use or reset your ATM PIN with a simple tap in the Settings section.
• Paying a bill with your card is now much simpler, too.
• You can now view and search through all your transactions of the last 12 months.
For customers with credit card and bank accounts:
Tap on any card on your current overview screen and we’ll take you straight to the new redesigned Citi Mobile® experience for credit cards

For customers without credit cards
We have redesigned the Citi Mobile® experience for credit cards. We’re now working very hard to extend the experience to our customers with bank accounts.
