Not worth trying... :(
Impressed with the content and would be worth subscribing, thanks if you can get the app to work! :(Can’t stream to Chromecast which means you can’t watch any content on your TV...Shoddy and second rate compared to Netflix that works seamlessly, every time.Even when the app did work sometimes, it still missed basic features that would have made it easy to use and consume shows or movies, where most people will need to pause, or pick up watching later on.
I have never had a worse up. The original reason I left Lightbox was because it crashed when casting. Now it crashes while using it on a device, what's worse is it continually stops working on downloads which simply makes no sense.
Worst experience with an app I’ve ever had
Stop asking people to submit a ticket or chat. The feedback here is overwhelmingly in favour of your app is not stable and buffers and crashes often. Start listening to your customers and sort it out. Using this app is frustrating the hell out of me and it was an overstatement having to rate it 1 star so I can submit any feedback
Waste of time
App doesn’t load. Have registered via spark and light of won’t accept my details. Too tired getting bored have moved on. Save your data as I won’t get this pet if my life back
The reviews speak for themselves. Crashes after a few minutes and buffs forever. Seems this problem's been going on for a while so why is it STILL not fixed. Chatting to a computer is redundant when it is clearly an update issue.
