My internet & my electric company both direct me to this app. Since it started off with the internet company there is no way that I’ve found to add my electric company too. How is it a hub if it’s only for one company. What am I missing?
I can no longer get the app to function on my iPad Pro. It’s worked very well for last two years but all of the sudden crash city. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but problem still exists. App allows sign in, starts to load and then immediately closes. This has been happening for months. App works fine on my android phone. Do not add this on iOS devices.
Guernsey Muskingum Electric is not in the list! I could use an older version of the app on Android.
Please make it possible to switch between utility providers. I have two utility provers that use SmartHub and I have not found a way to easily switch between the two providers.
App has updated all my Volunteer Electric utility bill for past 5 years. The last update caused my bill to no longer show the fail usage and daily bill amount. Please fix this as my service was almost cut off today because your app isn’t working
