It allows you to check in with your emotions, and recommends short guided meditations, yoga and acupressure videos, tuned to how you feel. Our meditation and mindfulness experience won the 2017 Webby People’s Voice Award for Best Health App, and was featured by the Today Show, Apple, Cosmopolitan and more.

A recent study has shown that the consistent use of our emotional check-in, combined with our 5 minute mindfulness and meditation activities significantly decreases anxiety, both in the moment, and overtime. In fact, after just 10 short sessions, we see a 22% decrease in users feeling anxious, and a 46% decrease after 100 sessions.
