Since the last update a month ago, I don’t receive any emails with the code to complete signing into the app. I’ve checked my junk mail folder. I’ve even tried to contact Triangle by telephone and and cannot get through. The app has been uninstalled and reinstalled and no luck.
“Oops, something went wrong.” Occurs all the time. Been able to log in once within the last 3 months.
I have this app synced to use my finger print instead of typing in the password each time. The finger print scanner works on all the other apps I use it for but with the Triangle app it sometimes works (most times it doesn’t). If I try typing in the password it tells me it’s wrong but it isn’t! Then I have to go through the hassle of resetting the password. Maybe I need to go back to QAing for you guys, this is ridiculous.
