Securing your order
You can declare the value of your parcel and for just 0.68% +GST of that amount, Wefast will reimburse you the full amount in case of loss or damage, regardless of the reason and without any hassle.
If necessary, the courier can take a picture of your parcel at pickup and drop-off locations.

Very Horrible with the customer service they have...I sent a food parcel to my friend place...the courier person completed the order but the parcel was not delivered...when I reached out to courier person he didn’t pick the call and also switched off his mobile...when I reached out to customer service they don’t have a option of talking with the customer service person rather they have computer generated voice and it got ended without even figuring out the issue...If you could help atleast now please check with the order I’d 63465 and revert back.
There’s no number to call and no response by customer service on chat. I have placed an order but no courier partner has been assigned. I am not even sure if my order is being processed! Need urgent help but there’s absolutely no recourse. Highly annoying!
