TARNIB, sometimes referred to as “Trump”, is a popular trick-taking game. Played in teams, each team must work together to win a number of rounds they’ve bid or more. For example, a bid of “8” means they need to win a minimum of 8 rounds of the 13 total rounds.
RULES: Each player is given an opportunity to “bid” a number no less than 7 in counter-clockwise fashion. The lead
bidder then plays a card whose suit is the leading suit for a given round. A player who doesn’t have the suit can trump
with the Tarnib. 51+ is the winning score
