Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful moments for a woman and many physical, hormonal and routine changes.
This short course will allow you to enjoy this beautiful stage and help in the transitions that you and your baby will be going through in these nine months.
The course contains three main sections:
- Understanding Changes during Pregnancy:The most common symptoms and changes during pregnancy occur from the first to third month, the fourth to the sixth month and the seventh to the ninth month.
- Poses and Exercises in Pregnancy: In this module we'll cover the most appropriate positions and exercises to lessen the discomforts and prepare your body for the birth of your baby.
- Feeling your Baby: This module will help you to know the position of your baby in your tummy and learn how to feel it, so that way you'll know what position you are in and be able to rearrange its position.
